The "free" wireless internet requieres two sim-cards from any service that offers unlimited free sms, there's plenty of thouse in Europe. The internet uses the sms data-transfer to request and recieve web-pages. One sim-card is inserted in your smartphone and the other in another smartphone. The concept is to use one phone(the one with internet connection) as a server and use your personal cellphone as a client that requests and recieves the html pages through sms. So in return you get an internet connection that uses the sms traffic to reach you wirelessly, anywhere on the globe! Free!
